Functional coaching

We help you prepare for your carving winter. The focus is on mobility, balance, coordination, the necessary strength endurance - and on the special carving technique (yes, you heard right: we can also practice the prerequisites for the technique "dry"!).

In short: You can increase your snowboarding efficiency with functional training.

You can do the training everywhere, no matter if you are at home, in the office, at the beach or in the mountains. It is motivating, fun and the ideal preparation for the next winter.
